This policy explains what information is processed when you use this portfolio, free business tools, enquiry forms, account access and payment pages.
Browser-based tools
Most image, PDF, text, QR, invoice and calculator tools process input inside your browser. Files are not intentionally uploaded unless a feature clearly states that server processing or saving is required.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store invoice references, payment-link identifiers, amounts and verified payment status. Card, UPI PIN and banking credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver requested services, maintain invoices, improve tools, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Privacy-safe tool analytics
We may count tool page views, clicked tool actions, broad device type, referrer host and campaign source to improve the tool library. Tool inputs, uploaded files and generated output are not included in these analytics.
Cookies and local storage
Essential session cookies support security and login. Some tools may use browser local storage to preserve drafts or preferences. You can clear these through your browser settings.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for service, security, accounting and legal purposes. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
