Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains how ready-to-use products, custom development and digital services are scheduled and delivered.

Delivery method

Digital deliverables may be provided through a live deployment, secure account, repository access, downloadable files, email or another method stated in the accepted proposal. No physical shipping is involved unless expressly agreed in writing.

Ready products

The advertised 24-hour setup window begins after payment confirmation and receipt of all required content, domain or hosting access, branding assets and configuration details. Customisation outside the standard product may require additional time and cost.

Custom projects

Project milestones, review windows and target dates are defined in the proposal. Dates are estimates until dependencies, content, credentials and approvals are received.

Acceptance and corrections

Clients should review each milestone promptly. Material issues that differ from the agreed scope should be reported during the stated review period so reasonable corrections can be completed.

Third-party dependencies

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs, app stores and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties. Their verification, outages or policy reviews can affect activation timelines.

Support after delivery

Included support, warranty, maintenance and training are limited to what is stated in the proposal. New features, content entry and third-party changes may be quoted separately.
