Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 October 2026

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, using its tools or purchasing a digital product or service, you agree to these terms.

Free tools

Tools are provided for general utility and informational use. You remain responsible for checking invoices, tax calculations, schema, financial estimates, converted files and other generated output before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to violate law, process material without permission, disrupt service, distribute malicious content or attempt unauthorized access. Automated abuse and excessive requests may be restricted.

Services and project scope

Paid work is governed by the accepted proposal, invoice or written scope. Timelines depend on timely content, access, approvals and milestone payments from the client. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate.

Quotes, payments and taxes

Quoted prices remain valid for the period shown on the proposal. Work may be scheduled only after the agreed advance or milestone is received. Applicable taxes, payment-provider charges and approved third-party expenses are handled as stated in the proposal or invoice.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide lawful content, accurate business details, necessary access and timely approvals. Delays caused by missing content, credentials, feedback or third-party services may change delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Website design, original copy and platform code remain protected. Client deliverables and reusable components are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party libraries remain subject to their own licences.

Availability

We may improve, replace or discontinue tools and features. Reasonable care is taken to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific affected service. Indirect business loss, lost data or decisions based solely on free-tool output are excluded.
